The California Sweet Dream is another favorite: a California roll topped with baked shrimp and crab stick, finished with spicy mayo. It’s as delicious as it sounds. “ After the disappointment of Rebel Ramen being closed, a wonderful meal was still found at Al Chu's sushi. The menu had a nice selection of rolls. I went with my favorite, a Philly roll (I'm a sucker for salmon with cream cheese). It took a small while to receive our order, as the sushi was rolled fresh to order. I didn't mind one bit. When we received our order, the fish was plump and seemed nice and fresh. The avocados were in the right ripeness, and the eel sauce was great. My only nitpick was that the serving cup they put soy sauce in was too small to dip a roll in, so we trickled some on top, and the menus needed a fresh printing, as some of the printing was a tad worn and hard to read. ”
